Suggest Treatment For Red Bubbles On Chest And Neck In A Child

Question: I had asked a question for my son 1 year old he has red bubbles on his chest and neck might be due to heat. I was suggested to use Ritch cream but the problem got reduced and i did not use the cream. I was asked to produce photo but i don't see option to attach. The red bubbles have appeared again and it has increased thru out shoulders, neck and chest. Kindly help..

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is miliaria or prickly heat.
I would recommend you to keep your child in cool airy environment, avoid sun exposure and make him wear loose cotton clothes.
Besides this apply calamine lotion on the affected areas twice daily.
If associated with itching I recommend my patients to take syrup cyproheptadine half teaspoon twice daily for few days.

You can buy any of the above.

I tried with - Calosoft lotion the applied area has become like burnt and the skin has become dry and as if the skin is coming out, not sure if i can continue applying the lotion !!! can you please assist?
