Brief Answer:
Viral cold/ allergy

Detailed Answer:
Hi.... Thank you for consulting in Health Care Magic.

Cold (recurrent) in this age group is usually viral 95% of the times or it could be because of nasal allergy. It takes 4-7 days to settle. Zyrtec contains Cetrizine & it comes in two strengths. I would like to know if you are using drops or syrup. Also get back with the weight of the kid, so that I can suggest you the dose & formulation.

If there is nose block you can put Nasivion-S saline nasal drops 1 drop in each nostril every 4-6th hourly.

For fever you can use Paracetamol at 15mg/kg/dose every 4-6th hourly if temperature is more than 100F.

Hope my answer was helpful for you. Happy to help anytime. Further clarifications and consultations on Health Care Magic are welcome.

Brief Answer:
Formulation suggetions

Detailed Answer:
Hi...thanks for your trust in me.

A premature baby of 20 weeks cannot be 9.5 kilos. She should be 20 months old. If I am right...you can use the following suggestions -

1. ZYRTEC drops (10mg/ml) 0.25ml twice a day orally for 3 days

2. NASIVION-S saline nasal drops 1 drop in each nostril 4-6th hourly of nose is blocked.

3. CROCIN drops (100mg/ml) 1.4ml every 4-6th hourly orally and that too only if temperature is more than 100F.
