Brief Answer:
Investigation is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I suppose you're talking about cystitis (that is UTI without fever).
When too many UTI occur in females, investigation of the urinary tract is required to exclude various conditions like obstruction (stones or other causes), urine retention, etc

An ultrasound scan of the urinary tract (kidneys, ureters, etc) would help to detect such abnormalities.

Since you're having many recurrences, it would be better to do a urinalysis and culture just to be sure that your symptoms are really related to a UTI and an antibiogram to determine the best antibiotic for your case.

If it is indeed an infection the measures you can take to prevent further infection are:
- hygiene: keeping the genital area clean. Wiping your vagina from front to back (only once, that is do not use the same tissue to wipe the front after you've wiped the back - near your anus). Do not douche your vagina. Just use water to clean the external genitals and wipe them after that.
- hydration: getting enough fluid to increase urine flow.
- use comfortable (not too tight) cotton underwear.
- using cranberries may help to prevent UTI

Regarding cystitis symptoms phenazopyridine may help. You can take it for the first couple of days of treatment, combined with an appropriate antibiotic.

I hope I've helped!

Kind Regards!
