Question: I have this kind of rashes between my thighs. and it hurts. ive been gaining weight rapidly, I think thats the cause. so, what should I do? im using calamine cream, is that okay?

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be probably related to weight gain due to friction between the surfaces.
You can continue with calamine cream.
If you don't get significant Improvement in 2-3 days you can use a mild topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily.
This will hasten its resolution.
