Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Palm, Legs And Torso

Question: sir i am having these rashes since 3 weeks.. no itching no pain.. rashes are present on palm, legs and trunk..
History:
1. Had protected sex wid a girl on january last year'15. After 3 weeks of the incident i had severe sore throat, fever, maculopapular rashes on my chest and arms. symptoms were prsnt for almst 2 months. done p24 antigen test n elisa for hiv on may '15 which came nonreactive. serum IGE was around 960.
2. on april '15 had severe headache. CT scan done. no abnormality. but felt pressure on my head and ear after getting up from sitting position. this symptom still present.
3. since january '16 having regular bouts of fever which subsids itself. done hiv test on feb this year also though nvr hd any sexual encounter aftr d XXXXXXX last yr incident. all came non reactive. also done test for syphilis which too came nonreactive.
Sir no diagnosis cld be done by any experts till now..

Thanks for the query.
It appears that you have vertigo along with fever.
Just relax the chances of sexually transmitted disease like HIV or syphilis is minimal as you used protection and also tests are negative.
There is a possibility that your ear canal is infected giving rise to vertigo and fever.
I suggest you to meet an ENT specialist.
In addition get TPHA test for syphilis done.
Probably you would have got VDRL done.
TPHA is more sensitive.

sir at present i have no fever.. these rashes are d main problems now.. dermatologist hv pescribed me lozivate MF ointmnt but still rashes are spreading

These rashes are petechia that is superficial bleed in skin.
These are normal and very common.
Just relax you are safe.
Apply a mild steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for a week.
This should help you.
