Brief Answer:
Psoriasis vulgaris most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

After reading history and seeing photo, I could conclude that most probably you may be having psoriasis vulgaris. Kindly consult the dermatologist and have proper diagnosis and proper treatment.

Based on my observation, I would suggest...

- methotrexate 15 mg per week decided in three doses ..5 mg 12 hourly
- acitretin 25 mg daily
- have regular blood check up
- apply combined oint of steroid and salicylic acid 6% like MScort S 6 oint
- avoid stress and worries
- keep the skin oily using moisturiser like moris-P cream
- avoid soap bath

The list of medicines I mentioned above are prescription drugs. You may take treatment for few weeks to few months or till good improvement.

I hope this would help you..

Thanks
