Brief Answer:
Hyperkeratotic hand eczema

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have understood it. I have also seen the images.

This is "Hyperkeratotic Hand Eczema". In the images I can see that the skin is dry and scaly and there is fissuring(splitting)at places. It must be itchy and the fissures must be painful.

The first and most important thing that you should do is to use an intensive moisturiser regularly, every time you wash your hands.

Avoid repeated washing with soaps etc

Topically you may use a potent topical steroid+salicylic acid combination ointment, twice daily over the patches. There are various brands available for this combination. Since it is a prescription product therefore I would suggest that you get it prescribed from a dermatologist in your region.

An OTC antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily would provide you symptomatic relief from itching.

Once the patches heal you may continue with the moisturiser to prevent it flaring again.

Regards
