Brief Answer:
Consult a dermatologist too if no fissure or piles found

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
i have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The problem and lesions you are describing may be some skin infection or STD, herpes zoster or Fissures with some gluteal abscess.
It will be better if you can upload the images or describe the actual extent of lesions. Was there any fluid filled lesions unilaterally at onset. Any fever or discharging sinus.
Any bleeding per rectum.
For fissures you may continue with the above drugs along with sitz bath.
Any other diagnosis require more detail and preferably a photo.
You can consult a dermatologist also.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Dr.sir, thank you for your reply.Let me explain what the problem actually is.(1) There is no fissures or piles.(2) There is no lesions, skin looks good and glowing.(3) There is no fever or discharging sinus.(4) There is no bleeding from rectum.(5) No burning sensation during urination. I do not have haemorrhoids as such.Drugs i have been taking were prescribed as a precautionary measure.Due to prolonged sitting without any movement nerves around my anus and groin have been compressed that is why i have pain and rashness like feeling around that area.I asked you to advise some cream or gel to apply to soothe the rashness and inflammation.I have been still taking tab Nerveup-PG OD and Phlogam OD.I know it will take time to alleviate.I have gone through with the same problem during my college days when i used to sit for long sessions to study, but that was 30 years ago.I hope you will give some more positive advice to vilify my problem.Thanking you.
