Brief Answer:
Please give some details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank for your query, albeit short and specific.

Noted the history related to your Father who has undergone TURP about 44 days back. Also noted that the last week urine culture was negative but urine examination this week shows high count of pus cells. Wants to know the reason for high pus cells.

I would like to know a few more additional details so that I can assist you better:
- What was the need to do the urine examination?
- Were there any symptoms of fever, chills, pain in abdomen or urethra, or any urinary symptoms?
- Was he on some antibiotics?
- Any other information you would like to share, please give me the feedback.
