Brief Answer:
You need evaluation...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Pimple like lesion which drains white secretions upon pressure goes more in favour of blocked sebaceous glands or acne or skin surface (impetigo) / hair follicle infection. Abscess secondary to tuberculosis has completely different presentation and location. I am sure a physical examination by a competent dermatologist will direct us towards right diagnosis.
That being said, recurrent fever for 2 months with weight loss need evaluation. If weight loss is not from obvious reasons, then you need to be investigated. We cannot label diagnosis of tuberculosis without tests. I would order for routine blood hemogram, ESR, Montoux test as basic investigation before starting advanced investigations under infection specialist.

In this circumstance, I shall suggest you to consult a dermatologist. You can get aforementioned tests performed through your dermatologist. If deemed necessary, you might be referred to physician / infection disease specialist.

Hope this helps you. Let me know if you need clarifications.
