Brief Answer:
In some cases it can get resolved with antibiotic therapy

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank You for contacting HCM. My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Definitive treatment of abscess is incision & drainage. In some cases of abscess is small then antibiotic course is given for 7-10 days. Sometimes it gets resolved itself and no further management is required. I have gone through the image of swelling. It looks small and i am hopeful that antibiotic therapy will help. You need to visit your local dr to get it because all antibiotic medicines are prescription only.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for the followup query.

It usually is advised to avoid breast feeding from same breast till recovery is complete. Secondly, healing time varies from one individual to another. In most cases recovery occurs in 10-14 days. It can prolong and depends upon a number of factors like surgery, post-op care, etc.

Thank You
