Brief Answer:
You should consult urologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

You have a symptoms of prostate enlargement. Due to too narow urethra you are unable to urinate property.
Luckily there is a surgical procedure (done during a cystoscopy) of a partial resection of prostate. This makes urethra wide again and should set you free from the symptoms.
You should consult a urologist.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
