Brief Answer:
Steam inhalation and decongestants

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. It appears you are having productive cough. phlegm with sputum, will require mucolytics - Benadryl syrup can be helpful.
2. Also steam inhalation or nebulization twice daily. If difficulty in breathing persists, asthalin or salbutamol can be added during nebulization.
3. Additionally salt water gargling twice daily.
4. For cold, decongestants and antihistamine like cetrizine will be helpful.

Vomiting could be due to excessive coughing. If vomiting persists, and if there is associated gastritis, omeprazole with domperidone will be helpful.

Have adequate hydration. At least 4-6 liters of water per day. Maintain a nutritional protein rich diet.

As there is no fever, no antibiotics necessary.
You can take prescription from your doctor.

If it persists for another 3 days, sputum examination will be essential. If fever starts or breathing becomes difficult, you might require hospitalization.

Hope it helps.
