Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised and be vigilant

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Unilateral eye pain without any redness, swelling, visual loss , headache may not be serious.
You can take pain killers like Naproxen or Aceclofenac after food for relief.

You should be vigilant about headache, vomiting, visual loss. In such a case, you need to get examined by a neurologist and evaluated accordingly.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
