Take precautions and treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
This episode may be a migraine attack.
Is there previous history of throbbing headache, nausea vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound during such episodes?
Any family history of migraine?
You can prevent such episodes by taking regular timely meals, adequate sleep, avoiding alcohol, excessive tea or coffee.
Pain killers like aceclofenac or naproxen can be taken for such episodes along with domperidone.
