Brief Answer:
beta blockers such as atenolol

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX!

First of all I would like to evaluate other disorders that may precipitate and/or aggravate PVCs, especially for GERD.

If GERD is diagnosed than adding antacids and PPI such as omeprasol will help relieving symptoms and making you feeling better.

Secondly I would start treatment with a beta blockers such as atenolol.

Thirdly I would recommend you avoiding stressful situation and increasing recreational activites such as sport.

At the end I would recommend to use some over the counter medications such as camomile tea for reliving stress.

Hope this information will be of help to you!

Thank you Dr Benard! This is interesting regarding the GERD as I have been previously diagnosed with this in the past. I may add omaprazole again to see if it relieves the symptoms. I am really afraid of taking a beta blocker for some reason.

Brief Answer:
Antacids to add & healthy diet regimen..

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

- You should confirm GERD with your doctor. Then, you can re-start omeprazole again. I'd add antacids too after meal.

- Remember to follow healthy diet and lifestyle changes.

- I do not think you need a betablocker at this time as long as other mentioned measures stabilize your symptoms.
