Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction ,discontinue usage

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to have developed allergic reaction due to application of the new cream .
You should avoid using it any further .
You might need to apply a mild topical steroid cream like cortisone over the affected areas twice daily for two to three days to control the allergic reaction .
You can even discontinue retino a for two to three days and then restart its application once the skin returns to normal.
Remember to use a sunscreen while going out since any kind of skin allergy might increase on direct sun exposure .
