Brief Answer:
rifaximin

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your history,

Your symptoms and investigations seem to indicate that you have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). I would suggest you start drotaverine for your pain and take rifaximin for a month. I would advise you to continue isapgulha and rabeprazole. In case the symptoms still persist you might need tricyclic compounds or SSRI drugs to help with the sense of incomplete evacuation.

Hope this helps

Brief Answer:
repeat testing not required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I don't think you need repeat endoscopy colonoscopy or other blood tests and barium. They won't add any thing to your current diagnosis and will not change the treatment plan
