Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for the query

Can you please describe a little more about the patient's problem?
How old is the patient?
Male or female?
Any known Medical problems?
What do you mean by the patient cannot move?

Continuous sneezing can be due to allergy and other causes.

Muscle spasm in the back could be due to slip disc. Hot fomentation at the back as well as taking pain killer and muscle relaxant like Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days may give relief.

I am awaiting your reply to my questions are which I will have a clear direction to help find a solution for this problem.

If any investigation like Xray or MRI has been done, can you please upload it.

Usually the slip disc can progress or the may be backbone fracture and/or slipping as well.

no investigation.we got a physio and were told that it's a muscle spasm and will take 5/6 days for the patient to get out of the bed. Once that's done probably we would get additional investigation

Physiotherapy back extension exercises can also be done when the patient is better.
