Brief Answer:
Sounds like URTI

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query
And will try to help you with your problem.

What you have sounds like a upper respiratory tract infection
In this you have throat complaints with or without nasal congestion/fever/cough/cold.

This is usually of viral origin, and lasts 7-15 days usually.
There may be a secondary bacterial infection.

Usually I suggest my patients to tryu the follows
1. steam inhalation 4 times a day
2. warm saline gargles 4 times a day
3. a mild antibiotic if throat is bad
4. a mild dose of paracetamol if needed.
5. plenty of fluids
6. course of omeprazole and
7. course of multivitamins

I therefore suggest the same to you

Best of luck
Dr Mittal
