Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headaches

Question: 1) Usually on Mondays, I suffer from headache on the half side of the head. It is more painful when I bend my head,
2) I cant stand for more than 2 mins, I prefer to sit or walk rather than standing
3) I used to feel clumsy and tired all the time
