Brief Answer:
Needs work up and examination

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. With strong family history of inflammatory bowel diseases, and symptoms of chronic diarrhea and abdominal pain and bad response to dairy products, possibility of IBDs needs to be ruled out. You will need some work up relating bowel like colonoscopy, radiographs and blood work up.

Also the other symptoms of dizziness, blurry vision and flank pains need to be considered for some autoimmune work up too like lupus etc but in males its less common . Apart from all this, a simple IBS is a possibility too.

Talk to your gastroenterologist and let them sort it out for you. I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Brief Answer:
Yes it happens

Detailed Answer:
Shaking and twitching again favours bowel involvement and makes my point of work up for inflammatory bowel diseases more stronger. So get a gastroenterologist and let them sort it out. Good luck.
