Brief Answer:
Migraine or Tension

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

thanks for query, good to have more information on this
How long does the pain last?
Would medications relieve? If yes, What are those?
Would the headache episodes come in groups?
Is it pressing type or pulsating type?
Does it increase when you go under sun or light? Any relationship with skipping meal or improper sleep?

We need to evaluate for Migraine or Tension type headache in this situation.
You can take regular ADVIL / MOTRIN up to 400mg each time to abort the attack.

If the both of the above ruled out then Benign Intracranial Hypertension is common in females of this age group.

Let me know the information or visit a specialist Neurologist for full diagnosis.
