Brief Answer:
Read below.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Judging from that description I do not see any indication of it being anything more serious. Symptoms which would indicate something serious would be double vision, loss of vision, weakness or numbness of the body on the side opposite to the pain, balance and coordination issues, progressive increase of the pain with nausea and vomiting.
Some patients after reading online are scared by such pain of being a condition called temporal arteritis but you are too young for that. So again no indication of it being something serious.

If you have any other sinusitis symptoms like stuffed and runny nose then sinusitis might be a cause and nasal decongestants added to the painkillers you mentioned.
If not then the most probable cause would be tension type headache. It is the most common type of headache, more common than migraine, and often migraine sufferers have tension type headache episodes as well. It may be triggered often by stress and anxiety.
In terms of treatment I would stay with Advil to alleviate it for the moment. Only in chronic cases when it persists preventive treatment with amitriptyline may be considered.

I remain at your disposal for further questions.
