Left maxillary sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the information.
You are having left maxillary sinusitis with deviation in nasal septum. Take antibiotic course for a week alongwith a combination of levocetrizine and phenylepherine twice daily.
use a nasal spray twice daily.
You should get the septum operated and maxillary sinus cleaned surgically by an ENT SPECIALIST.
Any further questions are always welcome.
