Brief Answer:
Low dose Olanzapine or Quetiapine can help

Detailed Answer:
Hi thanks for the query.

I can understand your concern. A lot of individuals suffer from persisting anxiety which causes sufficient distress.

You are on high dose of Zoloft and Ativan and the symptoms are persistent. In such situation I'd advise you for re-evaluation. Addition of some drugs like low dose antipsychotics can help in controlling the symptoms. Low dose Olanzapine or Quetiapine or Risperidone etc can help. You can talk with your doctor for these drugs. The drugs will augment the actions of Zoloft.

Apart from this medicines like Propranolol can be added. The medicine is non habit forming drug with great efficacy in anxiety. The drug doesn't cause sedation and is safe to use. Discuss with your doctor about this drug.

Thanks
Take care
