Brief Answer:
Please upload an image.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I would need to take a look at the spots and it would really help if you could upload images using the facility on the upper right of this page. Application of some steroid cream like Hydrocortisone (OTC) or Mometasone (prescription medicine) should help in its resolution but I'll be able to confirm after checking the images.

Brief Answer:
Take a lot of colourful fruits and vegetables.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. I have checked the attached image. Apart from the hyperpigmentation I also see dark circles which can occur due to degenerative changes. Stress, lack of sleep, hormonal changes and disturbed lifestyle can also have an important role to play. My suggestions are as follows:
* Take a lot of colourful fruits and vegetables since they contain plenty of antioxidants and should help in reducing them. Tomatoes are very good for the purpose.
* Make home made face packs made of cucumber, raw milk, honey, XXXXXXX water, turmeric, tea bags and ice and apply them from time to time.
* Hydrocortisone (OTC) or Mometasone (prescription medicine) cream could be done but while it may make the hyperpigmentation go away faster, it may also make it return faster. Long term steroid application on the face has its own side effects and you should not do it without consulting a dermatologist.
* Yoga and meditation for overall stress relief.

Hope that helps.
