Brief Answer:
color doppler

Detailed Answer:
Hello, greetings!
Thanks for posting on hcm. I can understand your concern.
You seem to have suffered from local trauma to your penis.
To reduce the pain you may take a combination of tramadol and aceclofenac twice a day after food for 3 days.
However color doppler testing asap is essential to figure out trivial injuries to the penis. It is better to get this done after preliminary examination by General Surgeon / Urologist in your area.

Hope this helps you. If you have any further doubts/ clarifications please feel free to ask.
Regards,
Dr. Sonia
