Brief Answer:
Psychotherapy is the treatment of choice.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
I feel very sorry for this problem you are facing.

Personality disorders are common and very difficult to treat because the affected persons are convinced that the problem are others and they are healthy.
People with Paranoid Personality Disorder are always on guard, believing that others are constantly trying to demean, harm, or threaten them. These generally unfounded beliefs, as well as their habits of blame and distrust, might interfere with their ability to form close relationships.

If you believe that your husband has these personality disorder you should talk to him and try to convince him to consult a physician.
A complete evaluation including a detailed medical history ,a carefully physical examination, and various diagnostic tests are necessary to exclude physical illness as the cause of the symptoms.

If the doctor finds no physical reason for the symptoms, he will refer your husband to a psychiatrist (specially trained to diagnose and treat mental illnesses).
Once the diagnosis of Paranoid Personality Disorder is determined by Psychiatrist, the options of treatment should be discussed.

- Individual Psychotherapy is the treatment of choice. Treatment will focus on improving social interaction, communication, and self-esteem.The aim of the treatment is to help they understand how they attribute their unacceptable thoughts and feelings to other peoples ,and the way how this wrong perspective complicate their life.

-Drugs are generally not used to treat this disorder but is some cases low doses of anti-psychotic ,anti-anxiety drugs might be prescribed to relieve anxiety.

I suggest to consult a physician and get him examined.

Hope my answer has helped.
Let me know if you have any further question,I will be happy to help.

Wish you all the best.
