Brief Answer:
Good improvement.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i'm happy to note you're improving now with local ointment .
The photos are showing a remarkable change in the affected area.
Just continue with Neosporin local application daily for a week.
Penile hygiene is most important.
Also, avoid moisture over the area.
Wish you well.

Hi again.
Don't keep looking at your penis frequently.
Thank GOD your problem is a very minor one, and is almost healed.
To feel good, you could visit any hospital, and see how people are suffering.
Yes, you must complete one week of antibiotic treatment.
No need to bathe in warm water. Don't apply too much soap over the penis.
After passing urine, just ensure that urine doesn't remain over the head of penis.
Wish you well.

hello dr XXXXXXX

hope you are doing well. just wanted to update. i feel a lot better now and as you said i am not keeping on looking at my penis now. just apply the ointment and let it go with prayers and your words allowing it to heal. the redness and the obvious spot looks gone though the demarcation is kinda still visible. tommorow is gonna be my 7th days of using neosporin ointment? after tomorrow. what other instructions should i follow doctor? should i continue the ointment or reduce the dose to once application or what u suggest? also i have abstained from sex ( with my wife of course) since last 2 and half weeks weeks now? is that ok? waiting for your further instructions to follow dear doctor. attaching along the picture too as off today. please have a look and advice
