Question: I am 59 years. Last night I tripped and fell over 3 steps landing on my side. My ribs hurt and it hurts to raise my arm up. I don't think I broke any ribs. I feel they are just bruised. Should I let my doctor know about this? I really think there is nothing wrong with them.
