Question: Hi Doctor
This might sound a wierd query but me and my fiance were having a discussion on sex. We have had enough foreplays but she is scared of sex. She feels its very painful and could hurt her.
Since I myself am virgin so I exactly didn't know how to answer that.
I don't know exactly how it feels first time contrary to how it is portrayed in porn films or movies in general.
If it hurts too much it will spoil our honeymoon plans. Is there a way to have a painless experience with this.
Are there specific sex positions we should get in to have that experience a good one rather than painful as described above.

Brief Answer:
It is less painful than a pin prick with adequate stimulation

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

First of all I like to make it clear that despite the contrary belief pain during first time intercourse is no more than a simple pin prick for most couples provided there is adequate stimulation.

Secondly the most important thing is to have proper comfort with idea of sex. Most couples who experience pain report heightened level of anxiety which contributes toward pain during intercourse. In case the anxiety is controlled in appropriate manner the chances of pain comes down drastically.

Thirdly never force her for the intercourse. You need to live your moments of foreplay and when there is heightened level of excitement sex can be initiated.

Although there are no positions which are less painful or more painful, missionary position is most commonly used during first time. With adequate separation of legs and slow motion intercourse can be attempted to minimize pain.

In case your fiance like to be in commanding position girl on the top is next best alternative position.

I hope this helps you and your partner.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.

Doctor thanks for the advice. This next question is bit on a personal side. I have observed that I release a lot of pre cum when highly excited
Is it some sign of bad health condition . Also
Since it's a lubricant in one way , will it cause condom to slip off
This might sound silly but I thought to ask this as well

Brief Answer:
It is completely normal

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up.

Release of precum is completely normal when there is excitement. It does not indicate anything about health condition.

I think slipping of condom is different thing and precum do not affect it in any way. Slipping of condom mostly caused by poor technique to put condom or when there is misfitting condom.

I hope this helps you further.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
