Brief Answer:
Likely Trauma, needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Sudden red bruising with swelling and pain is likely trauma . Get evaluated by going to ER and let them have a look. A few radiographs and if need be MRI will help to rule out any ligament or soft tissue injuries which a simple x ray can miss.

Other possibilities also need to be ruled out like plantar fasciitis etc.Bruise that sudden should be evaluated for vascular causes and blood coagulation profile as well to rule out hemarthrosis as well.

Meanwhile apply some ice over the bruise and get to a doctor. Keep the limb elevated and rest for a while.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan

Could it be bacterial or skin infection?

Also cardiac can cause that in my foot?

Brief Answer:
Unlikely with onset that sudden

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

With onset that sudden and age that young i would seriously doubt that to be either bacterial or cardiac. Anyhow there is no harm in getting evaluated for all the possibilities. I mentioned all the aspects involving infective as well as traumatic and neurovascular. Wait and see and for the lab reports and x rays. See what they have to say.

I hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
Could be the reason. Do mention it there

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

Foot wear and such incidents like bleach spill could explain the color change on the skin and yes it can be the cause of the pain and color change. Prolonged or tight foot wears on their own are the cause of such pain. Don't forget to mention this detail when you are being evaluated.

I hoep it helps.
