Brief Answer:
Neuropathic pain common cause...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It would have been better if you had elaborated on this issue. I would like to know since when did you notice this pain, type (description of pain) and if there is a relieving factor. I would have also liked to know about past medical illness if any and if you smoke or drink alcohol.

Without any of these details, I would name this as neuropathic pain involving small nerve fibre. It would be beneficial to test blood hemoglobin, thyroid function, blood sugar, calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin B12 levels checked. If all the reports are normal, a neurologist consultation will be worthwhile.

Hope this answered your question.

Regards
