Question: Hi... I have annoying skin pain (like a slight sunburn.. not stabbing or REALLY bad) and chills on my back -- only the right side.. and it seemed to wrap around my waist, but has receded a bit. This started late last week --

Your symptoms are most likely caused by Shingles due to varicella zoster virus reactivation. You could have some fever and sickness before it has started.
Skin rash can be present or appear in next days.
