Question: Hi doctor
I am XXXXXXX 25 years old and I feel a pain on left side of abdomen on yester day. So I have scanned my abdomen that shows mild fullness of left renal pelvicalyceal system. Obstructing calculus at left vesicoureteric junction

Thanks for query .The pain in abdomen that you have is due to obstruction to flow of urine from the kidney to bladder due to impacted stone at Uretero Vesical Junction.

The stone is likely to pass down spontaneously .
.
Take antibiotics like Norfloxacin and pain killer like Diclofenac along with Datovarine twice daily along with Tomsulosin once daily for a week.

Ensure to drink more water (4-5 liters per day.).

And I have one more doubt I am married and have tried to get a child but the count of semen is too low about 5 lakh so I have a dought is this a reason for decrease of semen
