Brief Answer:
Pain over penis, itching scrotum disappeared after a day unrelated to STD

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

You had protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex. Scrotal itching due to STD cause is quite unlikely through your act.Scrotal itching might be due to various other reasons other than STD. That too disappeared after a day, you can ignore the same.
Regarding pain over the tip of penis was possible due to unprotected oral sex.
It might be due a slight injury during oral sex as it had disappeared after a day. If it would have persisted yeast infection or Herpes could be suspected. Now as it is not present ignore the same.
Low back pain is not related to STD. It might be related to your work and your posture, seat and driving etc. If it persist you better consult a orthopedician or a rheumatologist. Get well soon.

Brief Answer:
An examination of urine deposits can rule-out or indicate infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

There is a possibility of urinary tract infection, urethritis or simple anxiety that cause the frequency in urination.
A simple routine urine examination will rule out the possibility of urethritis and urinary tract infection. If it indicates any infection, then further investigations like culture and sensitivity test may have to be done for both STD and non-STD organisms.

Brief Answer:
Primary herpes lasts for 2 weeks, recurrences last for a week.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.
Herpes infection is a self limiting disease. Genital herpes lasts for 2 weeks during the primary infection. During subsequent recurrences, it will last not more than a week.
Tingling of foreskin will settle after sometime. Nothing to worry. It is better to have the the STD panel tests as per the guidance of your physician.
