Question: Hi,

I am suffering from my pain in my shoulder, upper back (behind chest) and in right hand since last 2 weeks. Whenever I try to get up from bed or I try to move my hand up or I move my nexk to extreme right, pain gets induced in my upper back. it looks like some nerve got misplaced or stretched due to incorrect motion while sleeping. Please suggest the medicine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

It is possible that you have Cervical spondylosis. There may be nerve in the neck getting compressed.

Avoid bending neck forward or carrying or lifting weights. Apply hot packs to the painful region. Take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days. If you have radiating pain with tingling sensation, take Tablet Pregabalin 74mg at night for 2 months. Avoid using thick pillow. Follow ergonomic positions at work.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Regards,
