Brief Answer:
It is most certainly a possibility sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Well honestly, it can be intestinal or gastric, and so on; but this is not definitive and in order to have a more clear and direct suspicion we look for two things:

1. Other associated symptoms: Like a change in bowel habits (suspect intestinal issues), diarrhoea (suspect intestinal or gastric issues), etc.

2. Investigations: Blood profile (to check of inflammation), abdominal and pelvic ultrasound to look for swollen or inflamed internal organs (any one specific organ), or a colonoscopy (only if an intestinal cause is most likely and strongly suspected)

So there are other things to look at in order to suspect an intestinal issue sir, but as of now it is most certainly still a possibility. I hope you find my response helpful sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
