for 2 months now i have had a dull pain upper right abdomin feels like under rib cage green stools that are explosive had blood work for gallblader and liver function all came back normal

Follow-up: Suggest treatment for pain in the rib cage along with abdominal pain 32 minutes later
pain gets a little better after bowl movement once a day bowl movement explosive some times diaarea sommtimes soft but formed with fatty appearence no blood no nausea no change in urine or weight loss no appeite change no radation o0f pain do have gas and somtime a bloating feeling after eating

* Seems in relation with disturbances with bile drainage system , pancreas or
other digestive enzymes

* Guidelines at present .

- Drink plenty of liquids including boiled water , lemon juice , coconut water ,
butter milk , organic tea , coffee .
- Prefer soft , light , bland , vegan diet with fresh curd .
- Avoid excess oily , spicy , non veg stuffs , dairy fat till possible .

- Regular walking , deep breathing exercises , YOGA help great .
- Avoid stress , anxiety .
- Maintain regular sound sleep of 8 hours .
- Avoid smoking , alcohol if consuming .

- Need prescription of pro biotics with your doctor .
- Further work up with stool microscopy , ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis for
detail diagnosis and further management is appreciated .
