Brief Answer:
Epididymitis is a possibility for groin pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

Isaw the pictures sent by you and went through your question. Your symptoms have no relation specific to HIV.

Pain over groin (scrotal), sometimes radiating up or down, could possibly be due to Epididymitis (Inflammation of a structure inside the scrotal sac). It may be due to variety of causes including Urinary tract infection, STD, Tuberculosis, Filariasis etc. With investigations your physician would be able to diagnose and treat the same.

Tablet Ornidazole might produce dryness or discomfort in mouth.
1. The possibility of mouth problem and epididymitis could not be ruled out.
2. These are not specific to fix HIV infection
3. Deep Kissing has negligible risk towards HIV as per CDC, XXXXXXX Superficial kiss has no risk at all.
4. Your symptoms are not due to HIV.
5. Mouth dryness could possibly be due to Ornidazole. Scrotal pain and inflammation has a remote possibility of link with mouth problem.
Consult your Doctor, get investigated and treated.

Brief Answer:
A careful local examination along with urine examination will give a clue.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

All your test results are within normal range. Nothing to worry.

As a clinician, my first choice of evaluation is physical examination. I am sure careful local examination will give us clues to arrive at a diagnosis. Besides that, I would order for an urine examination for deposits and if necessary a culture and sensitivity test. A Montoux test will give a clue. Blood Smear for Microfilaria if there is history of frequent attacks of fever.

A general surgeon or a Dermato-venereologist can deal a scrotal swelling

Hi,
Welcome once again.
If your urine is clear and you don't have any spells of fever then you can get examined by a General surgeon or a Dermatovenereologist who can deal better a scrotal swelling.

Hello Doctor, The reddish skin on testicles was due to dettol i guess i have applied dettol around groin after shaving it. now that reddish skin is getting peeled off bt itself and i can see new skin got developed below. Anyway i will get it examined by dermato verenologist once.

Brief Answer:
Application of Dettol can produce scrotal dermatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
It is quite possible to have such a sensitization of skin following application of undiluted dettol solution. As it gets resolved spontaneously, you need not worry about that. Otherwise application of some soothing oil like coconut or olive application would be better.
If you have scrotal pain, then you have to meet a Dermato venereologis or a surgeon.

Brief Answer:
examination is more important than other investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
If you are not able to meet a dermatovenerologist consult any doctor. Only after an examination by palpation, (confirm swelling, tenderness, thickening), we can tell what further investigation will be useful.
It is normal to have the testes going up and down on touching. Nothing to worry.
