Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Arm

default
Posted on Fri, 8 Jul 2016
Question: For a little over 2 weeks I've had this pain in my left arm that is where the shoulder meets bicep but more towards triceps area. It is a deep pain that will last 5-20 seconds then may return 10 minutes later. Now my right arm is doing the same. My doctor says I have hurt myself some how but I haven't done anything to make this happen.

Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
This seems like muscular pain probably due to stretching or spasm.
Is there any history of trauma, lifting heavy objects like bag, suitcase, bucket?
Any exercise in gym?
Is there any fever, swelling over shoulder?
You can take pain killers with muscle relaxant like Aceclofenac or Naproxen or etoricoxib with tizanidine or thiocholchicoside for benefits.
You will soon get well.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

No lifting at all. I have an office job. No excercise but I need to. No fever or swelling. It feels like a tendon to me maybe.. just struck me as odd that the left arm did it and now the right does it as well.
