?Painless Rectal Bleeding / Under Evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Painless Rectal Bleeding / Under Evaluation

My Impression-Painless Anal(not rectal) Bleeding needing proctoscopic assessment to confirm Internal or Intero-external Piles.

Hi Dear, thanks for your query to HCM.
Read and reviewed your query.I understood your health concerns.

My Impression-
Based on the submitted facts of your query,Prima facie-You seem to suffer from Internal Piles,in the absence of any more information or pictures to confirm about your external piles.
As such you seem to suffer from-Painless Anal (and not rectal) Bleeding needing proctoscopic assessment to confirm Internal or Intero-external Piles.

Remedy-
What to do?
Get Consultation from Surgeon and
get the Proctoscopic Examination.
Confirm if the bleeding is from Internal Piles,as it seems to be most probable cause in your case,as you had old history of painless bleeding.
Confirm if External Piles are a cause for this Painless Bleeding, from a Surgeon.
Check out for other causes of such bleeding is also suggested.

?What is the Cure to stop this painless Bleeding?
After confirming the cause of the Painless bleeding in your case,
High Ligation Excision for the Internal Piles and Excision of the External Piles, if need be-from Surgeon would be giving you the desired cure.

Hope this reply would satisfy your query.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.
