Suggest Treatment For Pain And Tingling Sensation In Shoulder

Question: I am having pain after carrying a heavy backpack on my right shoulder. My hip knees and ankle were also pai I g but now it's fine only my right shoulder blade is paining with a tingling sensation on the right side of my back. Can you tell me how to recover from this .my fat doctor has prescribed gabaneuron 100 for the tingling sensation.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Most probably you are suffering from muscular pain. It is related to carrying heavy weight.Treatment of muscular pain is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Vitamin B and C help in recovery. Local heat and Diclofenac analgesic ointment application locally is useful. I wanted to know since when you are having this pain? Because in long standing muscular pain I found injection triamcilone locally very useful in persons coming to my clinic.Gabaneurone help in reducing tingling due to neurogenic pain. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Thank you for your reply. pain after after my trip abroad for a week which was physically challenging. been having discomfort after that on my muscles and shoulder joints. can't hold things for long other wise bicep muscle starts paining and even thigh muscles. does my right side of back in the middle tingles because of my right side shoulder pain. I sometimes apply volini ointment will it help?. where is your clinic located? I recently took vitamin b12 n vitamin d injections so I think my b n d or fine need to check my c vitamin.

I think it to be muscular pain.It may also cause tingling in nearby areas. Rest and analgesic and vitamin and trace elements supplements will be beneficial. Antianxiety such as alprazolam is helpful. As I said I found injection triamcilone locally along with rest and analgesic very effective in resistant cases. I also advise you to exclude other causes of such pain by various test.
1.As you have already taken vitamin B12 and vitamin D so vitamin deficiency is not likely.
2. Thyroid function test to exclude thyroid disease.
3.Blood Sugar ( fasting) to exclude Diabetes.
