Question: I am a strong built women, and when i work a physical job my arms and hands go knumb and are soo painfull! What could i be dealing with?

Thanks for the follow up,
The reason why i don't think its a carpal tunnel syndrome is simply because it is bilateral i.e on both arms and hands. Secondly carpal tunnel generally involves the hands and the fingers , but the pain in your case is in both arms and forearms as well. Thirdly carpal tunnel pain is usually continuous and worsens on increase in pressure, but in your case there have been intermittent pain free episodes as well.
Hence it is best suggested that an x- ray cervical spine be done to rule out cervical spondylosis in this case,
