Question: i had my feet and ankles reconstructed 3 years ago after a fall from a ladder. I have osteoarthritis as a result. Is there any treatment or surgery avaliable these days to deal with the pain I suffer as a result?I am unable to take treatments that erode the stomach as I have had ulcers in the past. i am a 62 year old athlete.I can bicycle well but standing and walking is very painful. i have had osteoarthritis for many years but nothing as painful as my ankles.

I have X-rays of my feet with pins after surgery. All but 3 pins have been removed. Would this be helpful?

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

You must be having records as to what surgery was done and for what reason , also you havent mentioned osteoarthritis of knees or ankles , which one you are talking about that's troubling you .
x ray may not be that helpful but just upload it. I will have a look .

Take care.
