Suggest Treatment For Oligoasthenozoospermia Caused By Excessive Masturbation
Question: i am 39 years old. i mastirbate every days withshow porn vedios, also i extent my climax till 2 or 3 hrs. now i had stopped the mastirbate and intercourse 45 days becuase of some divine activity. then i masturbate normal semen out and climax done. i am also treated for infertility . becuese i have spem count near 20-30% only, and active motility 10%, suglished 30%, and immotile 40% and more also volume 0.5 only. some days before i brought a medicine named alasirin fortete capsule ( ayurvedic) and used 2 nos daily , after 45 days i am going to test a lab. when my volume shown 0.5 ml, total count 62%, volume 0.5 ml etc. my problem is that this test conducted after 2nd day during masturbating i have climax done but no semen ,only a small drop milky water coming. this water has no viscosity. then i masterbate 4 times an intervell of 2 days, now milky water increased to 4- 5 drops but no previous type semen found. what is the reason i am so afraid now.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been indulged in frequent masturbation to the extent of 2-3 times daily and have been detected to have Oligoasthanozoospermia (Low sperm count and motility).
You have recently done your semen anlysics after taking ayurvedic medicine for two months and after masturbation 2 days prior to collecting ssemen sample for analysis .
Please note that ideally semen is to be collected for analysis after observing abstinence for 3 days (No ejaculation either by Intercourse or Masturbation) to get accurate values of sperm count and motility.
As regard your volume of semen being almost nil it is natural.It takes 3 days for Seminal Vesicles,Prostate,Testicles to produce to replace semen that his been discharged during ejaculation .
