Brief Answer:
Perfect vitals, shoulder pain can have numerous causes

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Your vitals are perfectly normal and you should really be proud of that. As for your pain around the shoulders the causes can be many including:

+Spine injuries
+Herniated disc or pinched nerve in the spine region
+Muscular abnormalities (e.g. electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, etc.)
+Exhaustion
and so on.

Only an elaborate physical examination and supporting laboratory investigations can help find the cause more accurately. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.

Answered by Dr. Shoaib Khan (2 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Then that is clearly the cause sir, try energy drinks and drink water

Detailed Answer:
Hi sir.

If you have a spinal misalignment then this could most probably be the cause for your shoulder pain as well.

Ad for the electrolytes you should:

+Drink plenty of fluids
+You can also have energy drinks to quickly help increase your electrolyte levels, but do not take more than 2-3 a day (e.g. gatorade)

Best wishes. :)

can stiff shoulders and spinal misalignment affect anything else or create headaches of any kind
doctor
Answered by Dr. Shoaib Khan (3 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Spinal misalignment can easily cause headaches sir

Detailed Answer:
Hi sir.

Spinal misalignment can result in headaches sir, not the stiff shoulders. I would recommend you visit a spine specialist and not a chiropractor.

Best wishes.
