Detailed Answer:
Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry that you haven't been able to read my first answer. I would gladly send it again via email, but I do not have your email, I am a simple user, as a certified doctor can answer questions, but I do not have any other privileges, do not have access to your email, only moderators do I guess. Perhaps one of them will read this and forward it to your email address.
Now coming to your issue my opinion remains the same as the first time. Isolated chin numbness without involvement of the upper lip or the rest of the face could be in the setting of mental nerve compression. It is a peripheral nerve which covers the area you describe and can be compressed by cysts, dental infections, mandibular metastases etc so a dental visit would be recommended.
The other possibility is raised due to your description of recent onset of headache and vomiting. Because being a lupus patient, it makes you more prone to neurologic lesions, lupus patients have a higher rate of stroke, cognitive changes, headache. So for that reason, if no brain imaging has been done, a MRI is recommended, although brain lesion symptoms are not typically limited to the chin like in your case.
I hope you'll be able to read my answer this time around. I remain at your disposal for other questions.
