Question: Breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea, lightheaded, just came on, lasting about 5 hours now, any ideas

Have noted all your details,
Many conditions associated with dizziness, excessive sweating, feeling faint and nausea or vomiting.How ever most common among them are Panic attack, Generalized anxiety disorder, and Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia),Exercise or physical activity,Gastroenteritis,Low blood pressure (hypotension),Coronary artery disease.
Please get your blood sugar levels and blood pressure checked up.
A thyroid function test should be done.
Baseline tests of cardiology like ECG and 2d echo should be done to rule out cardiac ischemia.
Serum electrolyte should be checked , a imbalance in electrolyte could be a cause of your symptoms.
Please do mention your anxiety levels, higher anxiety levels may be associated with a panic attack.

Are you a smoker or alcoholic?
Are you on any medication?
What are your anxiety levels?
Life style sedantry or active?
Is it the first time you are experiencing symptoms?
